Affordability
We don’t sell our software, we continually improve it and support it giving you the benefit of the improvements and peace of mind. The software is R 400.00 ex VAT per computer per month with a minimum of R 800.00, No Contracts No Fixed Periods simply use the system and pay for the months used. Included in the rental is the monthly license to run the System, updates via remote access to the Latest version of the System once released, all telephone support on the Orange System, remote assistance where possible and requests for enhancements and improvements.

A once off training, installation and configuration fee is charged as we believe in helping you with the first few steps towards implementing your new system, this involves customized stationary, one on one training, importing of data from existing systems and helping to capture outstanding contracts, client information and plant equipment. This rate is charged at an hourly rate of DBN & CPT - R 285.00 and JHB - R 350.00 per hour ex VAT as client requests and training depths vary. As a guideline a company with 2 machines and +/- 500 plant items will need 2 to 3 days worth of training and setup.

Traveling costs outside the JHB and DBN areas are to be paid by the client. We do not charge traveling time only the actual costs incurred by the company.
